Learn how to launch and land safely with and without an assistant

You will need to bring your own equipment for this as it is aimed specifically at those who have completed their initial lessons and can already get up on a board and ride, even if not very far.

By using your own equipment we can ensure that the method you are taught will work as techniques can vary between different products.

The session will start with a safety briefing, you will then need to set your equipment up as instructed. Once everyone is set up and changed with the correct safety gear you will be led to the practice area where your Instructor will explain the exercise and perform a demo. Following this each person will get to practice under full supervision and with the rest of the group observing. This will provide those watching with visual goals and tips.

Once everyone has had their supervised practice you will be free to try independantly while your Instructor is on hand nearby for support if needed.
